1. How long does shipping take?

We take 1-2 business days to process your order. However, due to high volume in the delivery carrier network, there may be delays in receiving your order. Please wait 2 business days of your expected delivery date. 

2. What if my package arrived damaged?

We use every precaution to protect your products. If products arrived damaged, please send us an email with pictures, and order number at slowbound@gmail.com

3. What is your return policy?

Unfortunately due to COVID-19, we are not accepting returns.
